Maureen Barton is a mixed media artist and jewelry maker based in Half Moon Bay, California. Her work is inspired by memory, texture, light, shadow, and the natural beauty of the coast.

Luna’s Memory grew out of Maureen’s longtime love of art-making and her former creative business, Luna’s Memories, an art supply and scrapbooking store centered around preserving stories and meaningful moments.

Today, Maureen creates original mixed media pieces, handmade jewelry, greeting cards, and small works that combine photography, paint, paper, found materials, and vintage elements.  Each piece is one-of-a-kind and reflects her love of layered surfaces, transformation, and the quiet magic found in everyday materials.
