We ship orders within the United States by United States Postal Service usually priority mail flat rate. We will ship in stock orders within 48 hours of receipt.

What do I do if I receive a defective item.

Please email us within 14 days to get instructions on how to exchange your item or have it repaired. You will need an exchange authorization code.

How do I care for my jewelry

Jewelry Care Tips

  • Store jewelry laying flat in separate air-tight box

  • Keep jewelry away from water, remove before bathing, showering or swimming

  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions and other chemicals

  • Clean the pieces after use with a soft cloth

  • Remove jewelry before going to bed or exercising

How do I care for my original art work

  • Keep artwork out of direct sunlight.

  • Dust with a clean, soft rag; do not use cleaners or water. 

  • Do not frame canvas under glass, it needs to breathe.

  • Do not lean anything on your artwork, it could tear or crease the piece.

What do I do if I received an item I want to return

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly help rectify the problem. We can offer exchanges if we are notified within 2 weeks of purchase.

Please return items in original packages.

How do I care for my original photographs
  • After printing photographs on high quality photo paper let them dry thoroughly before framing under non-glare glass.

  • Do not hang your photos in direct sunlight.

  • Mats and backing should be made with acid free paper.
