We ship orders within the United States by United States Postal Service usually priority mail flat rate. We will ship in stock orders within 48 hours of receipt.
RETURN POLICY
Return and refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly help rectify the problem. We can offer exchanges if we are notified within 2 weeks of purchase. (Sorry, no refunds). For any undamaged product contact us for information on how to return your item for an exchange. Please return items with included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: digital downloads.
Please email us within 14 days to get instructions on how to exchange your item or have it repaired. Email us (lunasmem@gmail.com) to get your required exchange authorization code.
